From time to time you may decide that it’s time for a career change. This may be due to personal circumstances or it may be that you just want to do something different.

If you are not happy in your current job then it may be the perfect time for a change of career. Changing career can quite daunting especially if you have been in the same job role for a number of years. You may want to start to look for jobs that you already have the qualifications or the experience to apply for.

It may be that if you want to go in to a totally different career you need to return to education to obtain a degree or other formal qualification. 

Sometimes you may need to accept a drop in salary for a while whist you train for a new role. This may not be ideal, but often you need to look at the bigger picture, as it may be that the pay drop is only temporary or that the lower stress levels and responsibility is worth taking less money.
